Cork Saturday 14th January (12.30 – 4.30pm). Ardfallen Methodist Church, Douglas Road, Cork
What’s it about?
One of the most difficult questions facing Christians today is; what is a right attitude toward money. Ireland has been through an economic rollercoaster over the past 30 years, from poverty to wealth and back again, and we have been left disillusioned and divided. As Irish Christians we need to ask ourselves; were we complicit?, were our attitudes and behavior any different from those of our neighbours?, and what should our response to the recession be?
Dr Craig Blomberg asks what the Bible has to say about these issues. Avoiding easy answers, he instead seeks a comprehensive biblical theology of possessions. An excellent line-up of Irish leaders will explore the practical issues we all face in the areas of finance and business.
Who is it for?
All Christians passionate about seeing God transform Irish society starting with them – whether church leader, stay at home mother, or business person.

- Take part in discussion groups with Irish leaders who will share practical skills and knowledge
